Payment
To
enable us to compare prices, we ask for two or three separate estimates
for each job to be done.
Once an estimate has been agreed, it is normal for a builder to ask for
a deposit. This should not be more than 30% of the total amount. Further
payments are made as the work progresses.
We will verify the work done and advise on appropriate payments at appropriate
times.
In some cases, 10% of the total maybe withheld as a guarantee against any faulty work discovered once the job has been finished.
If necessary we can hold money and make payments on your behalf.
