Mission Statement

French Property Renovation act uniquely in your interests, and are in no way obligated to any estate agents, notaires, builders, or tradesmen. We are therefore able to give totally impartial advice on all matters to do with renovating French properties.

We are unable to guarantee deadlines for building work, but only deal with accredited tradesmen that are insured against faulty workmanship. We have however a solid record of success in dealing with building trade professionals, with no complaints having been registered in the past 12 years.

Our policy is to not work with any tradesmen that are not officially registered and declared to the French trade associations, and wherever possible seek to work with master craftsmen known for their training, skill, and experience.
