Building the walls
This part of the build went very quickly using brieze blocks, and we could
see the house growing before our eyes. However some of the walls were built
using the stone we had recovered, and this process was considerably slower.
French Property Renovation found a highly skilled stone mason to carry out
this work, and it was fascinating to see him selecting the right shape of
stone to craft the wall (see photo).
